Riviera Yachts are known for being especially seaworthy and comfortable, which makes sense seeing as they are Australian built where the seas can be very rough and the fishing may be several hundred miles away. Riviera really hit it out of the park with this Luxury Sportfisher though. Dona Homa is an excellent crossover for fishing in style and comfort while still enjoying some of the more “yachty” creature comforts like the open flybridge that has ample seating and table with cupholders. The table can even be lowered to double as a bed, which is great for lounging while taking in the view or fishing action.
Upon boarding the vessel through aft door, you will delight in the especially large cockpit, with ample room to have multiple fishermen in action and to set up and rig for the day. Live Well, Rod-holders and fish boxes are all found here.
The Aft Door opens up into the very spacious salon. An L-Shaped couch is to port and Dinette to the fwd starboard side; of course there is a TV and Air Conditioning throughout. Moving through the Salon, you drop down into the Galley with all the amenities to cook with. The Companionway takes you down to the Master Stateroom on the Stb. side with an adjoining Bathroom. Across the hallway is the Guest Bunk room. Further forward is the VIP Stateroom also with an adjoining Bathroom.
From the Cockpit there is a ladder up to the Flybridge which is fully enclosed with Ising glass and completely Air Conditioned. The Helm has all the operating electronics at finger tip control, including Garmin Plotter, Nav Nets Sounder, Radar, Plotter and AP 26 Simrad. Speakers and music system on board as well.
